Dear confreres and members of the Vincentian Family.
With the joy and hope that the Christmas season brings, we also prepare to begin the celebration of the 400th anniversary of the Congregation of the Mission of St. Vincent de Paul.
Let us remember with gratitude the history of our congregation, marked by dedication and service in the style of St. Vincent de Paul. Just as the Holy Family found refuge in a humble manger, we find home in shared mission, where each of us is a gift to others.
May the mystery of the incarnation of the Son of God renew our commitment to humanity and to history where we can continue to be instruments of God’s love in the service of the poorest inspired by our father St. Vincent.
